Julia founded Rover-Time Dog Walking & Pet Sitting in January of 2012. After several years working in non-profit administration and sales, she’s refocused on what she loves most: creating amazing customer services experiences in the pet care industry. Rover-Time's focus is on delivering great quality to ensure that their pet parents receive the most for their money.Julia lives in Chicago with her husband Mark. Together they co-parent Chauncey Billups Vanderhoff, an over-confident, territorial, and anxious 8lb. Chihuahua-Terrier mix. Julia believes Chauncey has taught her more than any other experience with dogs so far and she's eternally grateful to him for making her a student of canine behavior.
